Capital Deep Clean Services - Our Pledge
All services are carried out by professional and experienced personnel adhering to Health and Safety at all times.
Urinals:
We will deep clean urinals in locations specified by the customer. This includes:
- Descale and remove uric acid and limescale from the fitment;
- Clean and disinfect the inside of the trap;
- Clean and disinfect the internal/external fittings;
- Chemically clean the primary plumbing from the urinals as far as the stack pipe;
- Ensure urinals are in free flowing conditions upon completion;
WCs:
We will deep clean WCs in locations specified by the customer. This includes:
- Descale and remove uric acid and limescale from the fitment;
- Clean and disinfect the internal/external surfaces including all fitments of the seat, chains and handles;
- Chemically clean the interior pipes from the WC as far as the stack pipe;
- Ensure WCs are in free flowing conditions upon completion;
Sinks and Sanitary Ware:
We will deep clean sinks and surrounding sanitary ware in locations specified by the customer. This includes:
- Clean and disinfect the internal/external surfaces such as taps, plugs and channels;
- Clean and disinfect the surrounding sanitary ware of sinks as specified;
- Clean and disinfect accessible fixtures;
- Chemically clean the interior pipes leading from the washing facilities;
- Ensure Sinks are in free flowing conditions upon completion;
Floors, Ceilings, Walls, Cubicles and Doors:
We will deep clean floors, ceilings, walls, cubicles and doors in locations specified by the customer. This includes:
- Sanitise the required area;
